In the Garden

                                                                                Hello everyone,

Yesterday, I promised you a garden
tour today so let's have a quick
peak at some of the areas of our garden.
Above and below is Martha's Garden

                                                                 Phlox,daylilies and hydrangeas
                                                                are still the main show.
We had a heavy rain on the weekend
so the Annebelle hydrangeas are bowing
their heavy heads in gratitude as it was
                                                                       very dry.

                                                                        Early morning

                       Clematis are also putting
        on a good show.
                                                                               Lots of color......

I decided to count the daylilies in
our garden and there are over 200.

The view from our north porch.

Looking the other way. This is the second
garden room that we made about 24 years ago....
                                                                      yikes, how time flies!

                                                                    The arbor that Andrew made
                                                                    several years ago leads into
                                                                    another garden room.
                                                                        Chelsea Garden
                                                                        colorful daylily and Golden Glow.

A bit of a quick tour because this
gardener is tired and needs a long
                                                               soak in a hot tub!

                                                                                      Take care,

                                                                                             Carolyn

Everything is so beautiful! I wish I could see it in person. Thank you for sharing your gardens with us. (I know the need for a hot bath after working in the garden:)

How luxurious everything looks, Carolyn. Thanks to you, I have incorporated two mirrors outside and they have worked out great. Also bought a small woman statue at an estate sale? See what a good (bad?) influence you are on me! Susan
